Description

Villa Victoria is a lovely villa in Benalmadena, in the village like area called Arroyo de la Miel.

At the large yard is a homey garden with a lawn area, which is big enough for various games, a 32 square meters terrace and a big 57 square meters pool.

There is 122 square meters of space inside the villa, which consists of a large living room, three cozy bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a sauna and two bathrooms. All rooms are decorated with good taste.

The villa has a free internet connection and upstairs is an air conditioning.

The location of the villa is excellent, as shops and restaurants are in walking distance (Lidl, Mercadona). To the center of Arroyo de la Miel is only 700 meters and to the beach two kilometers, so you don´t necessarily need a car on your vacation. Nearby is also the amusement park Tivoli World and golf courses BilBil and Golf Torrequebrada.

Near region description

Arroyo de la Miel village of district is now absorbed into Benalmadena, but it is also a small modern town in its own right with its distinctive charm. It is a real hubbub of activity.
In the center of the town you find the train station, which connects Benalmadena with Fuengirola and Malaga.
Just two minutes walk from the train station is Tivoli World, largest family entertainment park on the Costa del Sol and right opposite the entrance to Tivoli World is another favourite tourist attraction on the Coast - the Telecabina (Cable Car) which goes up to the highest point in the Malaga Province.
Arroyo de la Miel has many shops, great restaurants and bars. This is also a real residential town with a working population, good shopping centre, post office, banks, etc. It even has one of the very few women-only Gyms on the coast, Corpobello, which is opposite a large municipal swimming pool.
You can also find the Butterfly Park here, next to the Buddhist Stupa Temple.

Lovely villa, photos on website don’t do it justice. Loads of space, everything is there for you. Lidl at the end of the road.
Restaurants and shops only a short walk, beach is 30 min walk. Uphill on way back but no problem for my children.
We had a problem with air conditioning, contacted owner and she had it fixed straight away, great communication with her.
We hired a car but only really used it to get shopping.
Perfect holiday, could not have asked for more. Will be going back

Espanjan lomamme
Vietimme mukavan loman Villa Victoriassa. Piha ja todella suuri uima-allas ovat upeat ja nurmikolla oli tilaa lastemme leikeille.
Huvilan sisustus on hieman vanhahtava, mutta se ei meitä haitannut, sillä huvila oli siisti ja viihtyisä.
