Description

Villa Dona Pilar is a spacious, stylishly furnished villa in a central location in Mijas.

The villa has 130 m2 of space, has undergone extensive renovation and is in excellent condition.

There is a living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a sauna.

The living room has two comfortable sofas and a television. The dining area has a dining set for eight people and a fireplace.

The kitchen has all the equipment for even the most demanding holidaymaker. There is, for example, a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc.

All three bedrooms in the villa have beds for two, so there are six beds in total.

We can also arrange a cot for a baby in the villa, for an additional charge of €30.

The villa has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, so the villa always has a pleasant temperature.

In the generously sized yard there is a beautiful swimming pool (3 x 5 m), which can be heated by solar panels, a sauna, sun loungers, an outdoor fireplace with barbecue facilities, a ping pong table, etc.

Villa Dona Pilar is the perfect choice for your holiday if you are looking for your own peace, but want all the city services to be a short distance from the villa.

Paratiisi
Vietimme täydellisen lomaviikon Villa Dona Pilarissa kesällä 2017. Huvilan sijainti on erinomainen, sillä sekä Fuengirolan kaupunkiin että Mijasin kylään on lyhyt matka, mutta pihalla on rauhallista.
Huvila on todella viihtyisä ja sisustus on korkeatasoinen. Pihalla nautimme altaasta ja poreammeesta.
