Description

Villa Maite is a stylish villa set in a quiet area of Nerja. The city’s services and the beach are within walking distance of the villa.
The villa has terraces and balconies and a truly magnificent courtyard, protected by high walls, providing a peaceful and sheltered place for a relaxing holiday. There is a nice swimming pool and a spacious jacuzzi. There are also several loungers for sunbathing, a barbecue with a faucet and a large dining group under the pavilion that protects from excessive heat.

The space in the villa is 100 m2. There is a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms.

The spacious living room has a large comfortable sofa and a lounger, where you can relax while watching the TV's international channels. From this room is a balcony exit. At the other end of the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining set for six. From there is an exit to the BBQ-area.

The kitchen has all the equipment needed by the holidaymaker, such as a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven, a hob, a microwave, a coffee maker etc.
The two cozy bedrooms have a double bed and the third one has two twin beds. In addition, the villa has a bed for a baby. All bedrooms have an air conditioner that can cool or heat the room if needed.

The second bathroom has a bath, the other one a shower. The villa has free internet access.
