Apartment San Juan 18 is a spacious, warmly decorated apartment in central Nerja. All city amenities and beaches are a short distance from the apartment, so you may not need a car for your stay.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a two-storey, elevator-free house, and has a rooftop terrace overlooking the sea and mountains. There is also a Jacuzzi and a BBQ on the terrace.The use of the Jacuzzi is included in the rent from 1.6 to 30.9, at other times the additional fee is €150/week.

The cozy apartment has space of 85 m2. It consists of a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.

The living room has a plush corner sofa for comfortable relaxing while watching the TV. At the other end of the room is a dining group for six diners. This room has a powerful air conditioning unit that can either cool or heat the apartment if needed.

The stylish kitchen has all the facilities a vacationer needs. For instance a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, tableware etc.

The comfortable bedrooms have sleeping places for up to five people. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third has one single bed. We can also arrange a bed for a small child or baby for a small fee.

Nice spacious appartment in excellent location within easy walking distance to everything.

The apartment location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from in the locality. A nice quiet residential area. The roof terrace was a great size, well appointed and not overlooked with a great view over the town to the sea in the distance. Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions.
