Description

Villa los Olivos is a cozy villa in a quiet location at the end of a rural residential area. It is only about one kilometer to the city along the path.

The villa has a nice yard with a wonderful swimming pool. There are lounge chairs by the pool for relaxing rest and sunbathing. There is also a nice barbecue in the yard and a safe parking place for the car.

The villa has a space of 105 m2. There is a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms.

The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa group, where you can enjoy the glow of the fireplace while watching TV. The living room has an efficient air conditioner that can either cool or heat the villa if necessary.
