Description

Villa Alegria is a bright and spacious villa located within walking distance of the city center and the beach. The villa has a wonderful yard and large terrace areas and they offer a perfect place for a relaxed vacation. The entire yard is surrounded by a high wall and there is a safe covered parking space for a car under its protection.

The house has a space of 120 m2. There is a living room, a dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms.

The spacious and cozy living room has two comfortable sofas and a television. It also has a separate part for dining. The room has large windows and it is a particularly bright space. The room has an efficient air conditioner, which can either cool or heat the villa if necessary.

The kitchen is equipped with all possible equipment needed by the vacationer. There is e.g. a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee and kettle, etc.

The master bedroom has a double bed and the other has a single bed, which has another bed under it, so the villa has berths for four people in total, and we can also arrange a cot for a small child in the villa for a small fee.

Both bedrooms have efficient ceiling fans for warm nights. The entrance to the other bathroom is outside.

The villa has free Wi-Fi.
