Casa Brisa Azul is a bright and comfortable two-story apartment located in a townhouse in the quiet Puntalara area of ​​Nerja, within walking distance of a beautiful beach.

The apartment's tenants have access to the area's magnificent pool area, which has its own pools for adults and children. The pool area is usually open from May to October. The apartment has three terraces, one of which is a roof terrace. From there, you have a wonderful view of the sea.

The stylishly decorated apartment has 70 m2 of space. There is a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.

The living room has two comfortable sofas where you can relax while watching TV. At the other end of the room is a dining area for four and access to the terrace.

The main bedroom has access to a glazed terrace. The windows can be opened if needed. There are stairs from the terrace to the roof terrace. It is a perfect place for sunbathing, as there are sun loungers.

The bathroom in the apartment has a shower and separate sinks for two.

The apartment has movable radiators for the cool days of "winter" and three fans for the hottest days of summer. The apartment does not have air conditioning.
