Kuvaus

Casa San Juan on tilava ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu huoneisto Nerjan kaupungin keskustassa.

Asunnossa on iso terassi, jossa on oma uima-allas ja grilli sekä runsaasti oleskelutilaa. Koko terassin saa katettua tarvittaessa markiisilla.

Huoneistossa on tilaa 120 m2 ja siellä on todella suuren olohuoneen ja ruokailutilan lisäksi kaksi makuuhuonetta, keittiö ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta.

Olohuoneen mukavassa sohvassa ja nojatuolissa voit rentoutua television kansainvälisiä kanavia katsellen.

Keittiössä on kaikki lomailijan kaipaamat varusteet, esim. astianpesukone, jää/pakastekaappi, liesitaso, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin ym.

Makuupaikkoja asunnossa on kuusi, sillä olohuoneessa on vuodesohva, johon mahtuu kaksi henkilöä nukkumaan mukavasti. Päämakuuhuoneessa on parisänky ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa kaksi erillistä sänkyä.

Kaikissa huoneissa on tehokas ilmastointilaite, jolla voi tarpeen mukaan joko viilentää tai lämmittää huoneistoa.

Huoneistossa on ilmainen Wi-Fi.

“Great location, Wonderful apartment !”

Casa San Juan is perfect for what my young family needed: spacious, located in town (so no need of a car) and a pool. We stayed there in September 2016 when Nerja was quieter after the busy period in August. We did not want a large villa with tons of space too far to walk into town so this apartment was a great compromise. The quality inside is very good. The beds are comfortable and good size. The whole place was very clean with a very useful open-plan kitchen. Having the 2 bathrooms was a great thing so we did not have to queue up. The outside space is good and the pool excellent as I could read my book while I was watching the children play in the water. We also used the BBQ quite a lot and it was very easy to buy food and drinks in the nearby shops. This place is definitely a small gem in town. Maribel and Joaquin were very kind as we arrived quite late but managed to organise everything for us. Many thanks from East London!!

“Beyond expectations...”

The pictures don't do the apartment justice. It's actually way nicer than the pics with the high ceilings and long apartment it's very comfortable for 6! We were 4 (2 couples) and because of the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms on each end of the apartment it felt like we all had our own space. The apartment comes with everything! Anything you need in the kitchen is there. The bathrooms are fab, very modern. The pool area is such a bonus with sun all day until evening when you welcome a bit of shade so you can crank up the bbq (full gas bottle provided too). It's in a residential area so keep that in mind. We had a bbq one of the nights and stayed out back chatting too late and the neighbours complained but I agreed with them. It's in a residential area so respect should be given to that. But, I will return to Nerja (this was my first time) and I hope Casa San Juan is free so I can stay there again. I always felt too that if I needed anything the communication was great. I loved the WhatsApp that Spain Sun Rentals set up so that I knew to contact them if I needed them (which was only on departing day after 9 nights to ask about keys...). Location is perfect too. Walking distance to everything. We didn't have to get 1 cab the whole 9 days we were there. Can't wait to return.
